James Rodgers is the Founder and President of VRG. With over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing, James brings a unique dual focus to the table — workplace safety and eyewear design, particularly for safety and sport. Over the years, he’s built multimillion-dollar partnerships with billion-dollar companies and has played a key role in launching successful products for some of the top brands in the safety industry.

Whether he’s speaking with blue-collar workers or boardroom execs, James knows how to connect — and that versatility makes him a true asset to our team. You can explore more about his background in the PPE space here.

With deep expertise in industrial distribution and a strong understanding of the blue-collar workforce, James is the go-to guy if your company needs quick advice — or a longer-term strategy — on how to get your product or service to market. When he’s not out promoting safety gear, James is all about giving back. He serves on the City of Miami Beach Animal Welfare Committee, sits on the board of Priority One Credit Union, and supports community health as a director at Prevention 305. Off the clock, you'll find him playing volleyball or kickball, cheering on the Yankees, or belting out karaoke — often with such enthusiasm that he may just be keeping our healthcare partners in business.
